Vegetarians are from more people who suffer from finding a diet that gives them all of the values items and the nutrition they need , and at the same time a nice and fun diet , the major problem is to find a diet free of meat, and contains all the nutrients of vitamins and minerals.

And for that we offer are as follows a diet commensurate with vegetarians:
Rules must be adhered to during the follow vegetarian diet:
– Drink eight glasses of water a day at least – drink a cup of green tea three times a day with the addition of some herbs, such as mint , the cinnamon , ginger and sage.
– Exercise three times a week at least. – Mono Meals per day are addressed throughout the day and you  ranks foods according to your rest. – Taking supplements of vitamin B-12.

– Diet program:

Monday :
Cup of seasonal fruits – 2 pieces of brown bread toast – the fruit of green apple – salad made up of radishes and chopped green onions, and olive , lettuce , tomatoes and low-fat white cheese – grilled medium-sized eggplant – a spoonful of honey – tea or coffee without sugar.
Tuesday :
Cup of seasonal fruits  – three pieces of toast of brown bread – large boiled carrot – large salad dish consisting of lettuce , parsley , tomatoes ,  cucumber , mint , radishes , olives ,  green onions ,  lemon juice and a teaspoon of olive oil – lettuce –  coffee or tea without sugar.

Wednesday :
A dish of fruit salad, add to it lemon juice and mint leaves – 2 pieces of brown bread – a spoonful of honey – free of fat white cheese   – soup of onions –  a pear or two pieces of pineapple – a green apple – medium-sized lettuce – Sugarless tea or coffee .
Thursday :
Cup of seasonal fruits  -2 piece of brown bread toast – a spoonful of honey – vegetables such as lettuce , paper ,  watercress and spinach – low-fat cheese – fruit salad – variety boiled vegetables –  an apple or green pear – tea or coffee without sugar.


Friday :
Cup of seasonal fruits – three pieces of toast of brown bread – a spoonful of honey – soup of carrots – white free of fat cheese  – grilled potatoes – a medium green apple – four coconuts – an orange – half a cup of boiled beans – tea or coffee without sugar.

Saturday :
Green apple fruit – three pieces of toast bread brown – a spoonful of honey – stuffed tomatoes with cheese – 2 boiled squash – two pieces of cauliflower – vegetables salad dish – tea or coffee without sugar.
Sunday :
Cup of seasonal fruit – a piece of toast brown bread – four slices of pineapple – a dish of lettuce and tomatoes – the fruit of grilled potatoes – stuffed tomatoes with cheese and parsley – a spoonful of honey – a medium-sized green apple – tea or coffee without sugar.
