Singapore noodles recipe

Ingredients
20 ml of oil
5 grams of garlic, peeled and cut
2 two scrambled eggs
50 g uncooked chicken breast, cut into slices 
120 grams 16 to 20 pieces of peeled shrimp
100 grams bean sprouts
60 grams white cabbage
40 grams Pak Choi
10 grams curry powder
300 grams of dried spaghetti noodles
300 grams sauce Kwai Teo Chor
20 grams red hot ginger sauce
20 ml sweet soy sauce (preferably of brand ABC)
1 gram sesame for garnish
5 grams green onions for garnish
Lemon slices for garnish

Singapore noodles recipe 

How to prepare
Cook the pasta in a bowl after heating the water to boil, after approximately five minutes or after the pasta is tender , you can remove them from the water and shake until dry.
Heat the wok pan that are suitable for the Chinese cook , on medium heat , then add the oil and garlic until you smell the flavor .
Add the chicken and shrimp and still stir
Add the scrambled eggs and stir until tender
Add the bean sprouts , cabbage and Pak Choi with curry powder with each other and you can also add some water
Add Teo Chor Kwai sauce with red sauce warm ginger and sweet soy sauce until heated
Mix pasta noodles with ingredients and mix, if you felt it dry , you can add water
Add the sweet soy sauce mixture and stir until completely mixed and become hot
Present the hot noodles dishes to your guests and sprinkle with sesame seeds , green onions and lemon for decoration.
