Ingredients
– 2 tablespoons of olive oil.
– 3 tbsp of lemon juice.
– 1/2 teaspoon of cumin powder.
– A pinch of salt.
– 750 grams of clean and peeled shrimps .
– 500 g package of spaghetti.
– 2 chicken broth.
– Water to cook the pasta according to your need.

The pesto sauce:
– 1/2 cup crushed almonds.
– 2 crushed garlic cloves
– 1/2 cup of olive oil.
– 1/2 cup fresh basil, chopped coarsely.
– 1/2 cup minced fresh parsley, chopped coarsely.
– 1/2 cup fresh mint.
– 1/4 cup of hot green peppers.

The method:
– In a bowl, put the shrimps with olive oil, lemon juice, cumin, salt and mix  lightly well and leave the shrimps soaked for 10 minutes.
– In a frying pan, roast shrimp for 2-3 minutes each side (depending on size) and set aside.
– Boil the pasta in a saucepan of boiling water and cured according to the instructions on the package. pour pasta and leave aside.
– Melt the cuboid of chicken broth in a half cup of water.
– In a saucepan, combine chicken broth and boiled noodles and mix well.
– Pesto Method: Mix the ground almonds with garlic and olive oil in a blender until the mixture becomes coarse.
– Add the basil, parsley, mint, pepper and mix the ingredients again.
– Add the pesto over the pasta and stir even shrimps cover good with pasta.
– Pour the pasta in a serving plate and add grilled shrimp on its face and then present the recipe.
